Based on the continues strife of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the HCDP students staff at the Ministries’ Council in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the Ministries’ Council Presidency has showed its approval to spend the financial rights of the HCDP students. From now onward, 500000$ is spent for the HCDP Tuition of Students.
In doing this, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces that as the first step, there’s opened a 500000$ bank account to the HCDP students and it’s decided to spend the money in the next week.
Now, there is doing ranking priority to the students at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research directorate of HCDP students, In doing this, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research lets the HCDP students know that since there is prepared and announced the list of the prior students, their names are announced and they can pick the money.
