Based on the continues strife of Dr. Yusuf Goran, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the HCDP students staff at the Ministries’ Council in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and Economy, the Ministries’ Council Presidency has showed its approval to spend the financial rights of the HCDP students.
According to the recent decision of the Ministries’ Council Presidency, from now on ward, there will be 500,000 USD spent for the students of the HCDP program. In doing this, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research lets the HCDP students know that since there is opened an account for the money, the priority students will take advantages first to spend the rights of the finance for them.
