Second: Vacant posts at the University of Halabja:
1. Assistant to the President of the University for Administrative Affairs/ University of Halabja
Conditions:
1. Applicants should hold a PhD. Degree.
2. His or her scientific title must not be less than of Assistant Professor.
3. Applicants should have ten years of service in universities.
4. Applicants should have a high experience in administrative affairs.
5. Applicants should have English language and computer skills.
6. Candidates should submit a formal document showing his or her full service in universities. The document should be sealed and signed by the direct manager of the candidate.
