The KRG Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research states that no University with the name of the Catholic University in Erbil (ECU) presented any demand for work permission from our ministry. Thus, this university has not opened, and any university that wants to start working in the Kurdistan region should receive permission from the KRG Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
