The Ministry of Natural Resources continues to encourage the development of a dynamic and modern downstream industry in the Kurdistan Region.

Proposals for downstream can be submitted via our contact page. Proposals should include a background history of your company, financial and technical capabilities, relevant experience, as well as the proposed idea which should make up the main body of your submission.

If you are an oil and gas services company and wish to provide your services to oil and gas companies, there is a separate registration and approval process for services providers. Please see the oil and gas services page for details of how to register and bid for services tenders.
