The Ministry of Natural Resources promotes an open door policy and welcomes new ideas and technologies. As oil and gas is a new industry for the Kurdistan Region, the ministry understands that to develop into a major independent producer, foreign knowledge and expertise as well as local craftsmanship and input are key elements.

Proposals regarding any area of our operations - from training and development to exploration and production - are welcomed. Proposals should include a background history of your company, financial and technical capabilities, relevant experience, as well as the proposed idea which should make up the main body of the proposal.
