Where do I submit my application?
You can submit your application to the Directorate of Academic Relations in the University in which you graduated or the Vice-President’s Office in cases where there is no Directorate of Academic Relations.

The first round of the application process is dedicated for the graduates of year 2009-2010 according to the following criteria:
First of all, the first, second the third of the graduates for those colleges in which there is no department will be automatically sent in the first round.
For those colleges which have departments, the first students in the top ranking will be automatically sent for post-graduate work in the first round.
Other applicants may apply for the second round of the program because the program is continuous for four years.
How do I receive an offer for the Master’s Degree at a foreign university?
Students are responsible to secure their own placements at one of the universities provided on the Ministry of Higher Education website: www.mhe-krg.org.
