Action Contre la Faim (ACF) is an international non-governmental organization working in more than 40 countries in the fields of nutrition, food security and livelihoods, water sanitation and hygiene, and care practices. ACF is looking for its program in the Kurdistan Regional Government for two (2) Food distribution and monitoring team leader (M/W).
Work place: ErbilType of contract: fixed-term contract of 03 months (with possible extension)
Assignments: Organize and supervise the food or food vouchers distribution and monitoring.
Specific activities: - Prepare and keep the lists of beneficiaries up to date ( Meet the local stakeholders, camps manager and keep them informed about the programme, inform the beneficiaries of the registration procedure, input and up-date beneficiary data and prepare lists and distribution cards) - Prepare and conduct the distribution (Calculate the necessary quantities and prepare the orders; - Collect information on security in the area, organise awareness messages and sessions, organize and supervise the distribution, intervene in case of dispute, write distribution reports ) - Organize field surveys and supervise activities ( participate in preparing appropriate questionnaires together with the food Assistance Program Manager, apply these methodologies to the surveys and monitoring, responsible for the planning of survey, monitoring and progress of activities, responsible for checking the quality of completed questionnaires and correcting possible errors with the monitors, write a summary report of the activities) - Supervise the distribution and monitoring teams (Plan the work of the team, train and supervise the team members, provide the team with technical support)
Recruitment criteria: Lower High School Leaving Certificate and professional experience.
Required skills: Team management and planning of activities - Good organizational capacity - Knowledge of arithmetic - Good knowledge of the intervention area - Good human relationships - Sense of authority - Basic computer knowledge
