The KRG Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, informs the candidates for study in the State of Russia, to visit the ministry as soon as possible.
The Ministry calls on candidates for study in the State of Russia to visit the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Directorate of Scholarships, and bring the following needed documents with them:
١.University Offer.
٢.Study Permission Document approved by the candidate’s office.
٣.Summary of service years in the KRG.
٤.Candidates to masters program should bring a copy of their bachelor's degree.
٥.Candidates to doctoral studies should bring a copy of their master's degree.
٦.A copy of the Iraqi Civil Status ID Card.
٧.A colorful copy of the Iraqi Nationality Certificate.
٨.A copy of their passports.
