The Announcement of 11 Scholarship Seats in Turkey

 We let our people, lecturer, and MHESR employees know that Turkish universities have offered an 11-shcolarship seat to Kurdistan Region for both MA&PHD.  We have explained the eligibility of applying:

First/ MA eligible

1. The applicant has to be a current MHESR employees or lecturer

2. At least two years of experience is required after graduation

3. The cumulative of bachelor degree has to be above or equal to %65

4. The applicant age not above 45 years old

5. The applicant has to have a language test like 5 of IELTC or similar capability like TOEFL ITP or Person

6. The eligible candidate will be supported by MHESR to study to have basic salary and incentive

7. The fees of study for the eligible candidate is full-scholarship by Turkish Government

8. The deadline to apply is 25/01/2016

Second/ PHD Eligible

1. The applicant has to be a current MHESR employees or lecturer

2. At least two years of experience is required after graduation

3. The cumulative of bachelor degree has to be above or equal to %70

4. The applicant age not above 50 years old

5. The applicant has to have a language test like 5 of IELTC or similar capability like TOEFL ITP or Person

6. The eligible candidate will be supported by MHESR to study to have basic salary and incentive

7. The fees of study for the eligible candidate is full-scholarship by Turkish Government

8. The deadline to apply is 25/01/2016
