This directorate specialized in scientific affairs and associated with Graduate studies such as (Higher Diploma, Masters, PhD) inside and outside the Iraqi Kurdistan so as on the level of Iraq, and the private matters of the scientific coordination with the Governmental institutions, Scientific promotion ,and Scientific journals and research centers inside higher education and scientific research institutions.
In addition, this directorate is administered by a qualified and experienced employee at a grade of general directorate, holds a doctorate, and has no less of 10 years of experience. The General directorate supported by assistant general manager holds a master's degree and at least has 5 years of experience and competent.
General Directorate of Studies and Planning and Follow up, consists of three departments:
1. Directorate of Postgraduate Studies.
2. Directorate of Scientific Affairs.
Each of the above directorates, managed by an experienced and efficient employee, holds a master's degree with at least 5 years of service. The director assisted by number of staffs and organize issues detailed above instructions.
