Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research has expressed its full consent towards accepting the candidates of Kurdistan Artists Syndicate through three separate official letters forwarded to Salahaddin, Duhok, and Sulaimani Universities in order for the students to continue their studies in the College of Fine Arts. As mentioned in the letter, 24 students were accepted to study in the college among which 14 students are from Salahaddin University, six students are from Sulaimani University, and the rest four are from Duhok University. Furthermore, Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research requests the respective universities to do the necessary facilitations for the accepted artists to continue their studies there for the academic year of 2014-2015.
On the other hand, the Directorate of Students Admission Center of Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research has decided, through an official letter forwarded to Salahaddin, Duhok and Sulaimani universities, to accept the admission of graduates of Fine Arts Institute in order to continue their studies in the College of Fine Arts of Kurdistan Universities for the academic year of 2014-2015.
Among the graduates of Fine Arts Institute, 80 students are admitted to continue their studies in the College of Fine Arts. In the same letter, the Directorate of Students Admission Center of Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research has requested, through an official letter, the respective universities to do the necessary facilitations for the accepted students in order for them to continue their studies there for the new academic year. Herewith, 104 students are admitted to the college of Fine Arts of Kurdistan Universities in the following fields: Sculpturing, Music, Theatre, and Cinema.
