In the continues strife of Dr. Yusuf Goran, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the HCCP supervision staff, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has prepared a list of financial support to the HCCP students.
In this context, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is calling the HCCP candidates in which have their names in the list of number (1) of 2016 in the attachment –their names are (184) – to visit Ms. Amira Tahir Abdullah at 10:00 am, at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s bureau to receive their financial aid cheque and the deadline will be Thursday 26th of May to receive their cheque.
Side-Note:
1. Each candidate should return the old cheque of 26th of August 2015 to receive the new one
2. If the candidate himself stands to the visit, should bring a colored image of his passport
3. The candidate’s agent should bring a colored copy of Iraqi ID or citizenship
4. The candidate’s agent/or the candidate him/herself has to know the series of the candidate’s names
5. The cheque of the financial aid will be only in the Mnara Bank of Erbil
6. Please do not visit the Ministries Council Presidency to receive the HCCP cheque because the money only is spent in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s bureau
