Announcement for the Candidates to study in Hungary

The KRG Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research calls on those can candidates, who were shortlisted and accepted by the Hungarian Consulate in Erbil to study scholarships in Hungary, to visit the General Directorate of Scholarships and Cultural Relationships within the ministry’s divan in Erbil to receive a certification letter in order to receive their visas in the Hungarian Consulate in Erbil. Candidates should also bring these documents:

1.Candidates should have formal consent by their employers to take a study leave.  

2.Candidates should submit a formal document showing their full services in the KRG offices.

3.Candidates, who were shortlisted to study Master Degree, should bring a copy of their Bachelor Certificates.

4.Candidates, who were shortlisted to study PhD Degree, should bring a copy of their Bachelor Certificates and M.A. Certificates.

5.Candidates should bring a colorful copy of their Civil Status Identification Cards. 

6.Candidates should bring a colorful copy of their Iraqi Nationality Certificate.   

7.Candidates should bring a colorful copy of their passports.
