His Excellency Professor Dlawer A. Ala`Aldeen met on 30-11-2010 with Dr. Ammar Azeez, deputy minister of Higher Education in Iraq and supervisor of scientific research and foreign relations of the ministry.
During the meeting, a proposal was discussed to exchange views regarding the Law of Ministry of Higher Education in Kurdistan region hoping that final reading and passing will be soon from Parliament.
His Excellency added ((the need to strengthen the ties of bilateral relations and the transformation of it from words to action in order to promote and implement the mechanisms related to both sides.
Professor Ala`Aldeen also said ((We hope that the experiences and changes we have, may become a motive for Iraqi ministry of higher education to take the same path since it will be a support for our system and we are ready to provide assistance to the ministry in Baghdad in any available way and for any project the ministry is will willing to implement.
