The KRG employees HCDP and Kurdistan Region’s Top Three Graduates

                        After the continuous efforts by Dr. Yusuf Goran, the KRG Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, for establishing graduates of the Human Capacity Development Program in Higher Education (HCDP), as well as the top three graduates from the Kurdistan Region universities, the KRG Premier agreed to establish those students in the KRG ministries.

In a formal document, which holds the signature of Nechirvan Barzani, the KRG Premier, and addressed to the KRG Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the KRG Premier has agreed to employ graduates of the Human Capacity Development Program in Higher Education (HCDP), as well as the top three graduates from the Kurdistan Region universities, in the KRG ministries.
 
This employment comes after the joint meeting among Dr. Yusuf Goran, the KRG Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Rebaz Hamlan, the KRG Minister of finance and Economy, and Nechirvan Barzani, the KRG Premier, on August 10, 2015 at the building of the Presidency of the KRG Council of Ministers.
 
As it is clarified in the document, the KRG showed consent to employ 97 graduates of the Human Capacity Development Program in Higher Education (HCDP) who all got the Master Degree abroad.
 
In the same document, the KRG showed consent to employ 1650 top three graduates, who got the first, the second, and the third grades at the level of Kurdistan region’s universities and institutes, in the following order:
 
A-Top three graduates from Kurdistan region’s universities and institutes for the academic year of 2013-2014 who comprise 1433 graduates.
B- Graduates from Kurdistan region’s Polytechnic universities for the academic year of 2012-2013 who comprise 215 graduates.
C- Graduates from Erbil Technical Institute for the academic year of 2011-2013 who are two graduates and were not established previously.
 
In the same document and regarding the employment of top three graduates, who got the first, the second, and the third grades at the level of Kurdistan region’s universities and institutes for the academic year of 2014-2015, it is been clarified that the KRG Ministry of Finance and Economy in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research will allocate employment opportunities for those graduates in the framework of the annual budget of 2016.
 
On the other hand, Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research calls on top three graduates from Kurdistan region’s universities and institutes for the academic year of 2013-2014 to visit their universities and institutes in order to insure with their names.
