The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research lets the higher education lecturers, researchers, and higher education students at the Kurdistan Region Universities in which the German Based-organization, DAAD, has provided some PhD scholarship seats and some scientific researches to Iraq and Kurdistan Region for the year of 2017/2018.
Regarding this, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research askes to the students of higher education and researchers – the ones are applicable to the conditions of the organizations – apply. The cumulative of the master has to be not less than 80%. The deadline to fi l the application form is 1/9/2016.
