On Saturday the 11th of June 2011, his Excellency Professor Dlawer A.Ala`Aldeen the minister of higher education and scientific research of Kurdistan Region and in the presence of Dr.Kawthar Galaly, Head of Hawler Board for Technical Education, received Dr.Mahmoud Shaker, Head of Board for Technical Education in the ministry of higher education in the federal government, Dr.Tarik Al Any, member of advisory board in Iraqi Prime Minister office and the accompanying delegation.
In the meeting, both sides agreed to exchange expertise and information between the technical education boards of the federal government and the region`s.
The meeting also resulted in setting a plan to organize training workshops for higher education staff and especially in the fields of business that are mostly needed in the region, in addition to organizing an exhibition for the marketing of Lab Products made by the Technical Boards.
