Budget Call Circular

The Budget Call Circular (BCC) provides a way of structuring the project information for the Line Ministries during the project preparation phase. The Line Ministries fill the BCC and submit the completed forms to the Ministry of Planning that will be used for the analysis of projects during the appraisal phase.
The BCC collects information about proposed projects and ongoing projects. Line Ministries provide information such as the Implementation Body, Governorate, District, duration of projects, priorities, and costs for each project. Additional information is required for some projects about Feasibility studies, land acquisition, compensations, etc.
