Dr. Yusuf Goran, “If Human Being has a Will, he/she can pass all the Obstacles on his/her way.”

                                                                                                                           The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research said, “The things which can be done by the handicapped people can be a good sample for other normal people also till they can take advantage in their real lives, because in a lot of things the crippled ones were pioneer and great transformers for their societies.”

This speech of Dr. Yusuf Goran, The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research came at welcoming Jegr Nazim Husein in which he is an HCDP student of master research in Britain done his study without taking English Language Courses.

In the meeting, on May 11th, in the presence of Dr. Karim Salih Abdul, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research advisor, Dr. Yusuf Goran after welcoming and hailing Jegr Nazim said, “Finishing Master and the great capability that you have in English Language is not only a success which represent the handicapped persons, but is a good sample even to us till we be more serious and consistent to take over the our lives problems.” He also said that he was so happy that under the Kurdish ruling government we had a great successful people like you and also said, “Jegr Nazim proved that the ones own will, they can do everything and take over the obstacles. To this achievement, Dr. Yusuf Goran, The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research said, “We respect your struggle and tiredness on the way of getting master degree.”

In reverse, Jegr Nazim thanked the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research and his staff and said, “It was your continuing encouragement that made me finish my study successfully. This encouragement is respecting and value for the talented people and can change the stereotype about the handicapped people, because up to date, there is a negative thinking against us.  He also said that he would try his best to change this stereotype of society and to do “I may need your support.”

Nazim also said that fortunately some universities such as Corner and Colombia in NY and LSE in Britain have offered him PhD scholarship.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Yusuf Goran prized Nazim a hailing medal and repeated his support to him.

Also, there will be a seminar for Nazim in the presence of Dr. Yusuf Goran, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, law deans and law experts under the name of Comparison Law.
