2 - Submit legal bonds to the accountant of our company with quantity of (30,000,000) thirty million dinars.

3 - The buyer must pay in two days in cash and vice versa will be punished with a penalty of (500,000) five hundred thousand dinars per day delayed.

4. The buyer shall take the amount paid for a period of (7) days from the date of payment of the total amount and vice versa will be punished with a penalty of (500,000) five hundred thousand dinars per day delayed in payment.

5 - While the buyer’s visit to any Mill and the non-preparation of bran after (7) days the owner of the Mill will be punished with a penalty twice the amount paid per ton after making sure the non-existence of bran in each Mill.

6 - If the day specified for sale happen on an official holiday, it will take place on the following day.

7. The purchaser shall agree with the owner of the Mill to pay the rent of transport.

8- The advertising burden in the newspapers is on the purchaser’s shoulder.

9. The (2%) of the amount paid will be on the burden of the purchaser, which includes rent services.
