On March16, 2017 The Director General of Divan and all employees of the Ministry of Trade and Industry standing a mourning in front of the Ministry building, With this remembrance they expressed their sorrow to all Martyrs of Kurdistan and the Martyrs of Halabja, and  respect  for the victims of the chemical attacks of (5000 ) thousands of Halabja.
