19.07.2011 the general-director of human development received Dr. Nisreen A. AL-Qtaibi, executive director of IRSHAD center for Psychological & Educational Consultation. The main point of this meeting was about cooperating from the former-mentioned center, in order to conduct the long term courses (3 to 6 months) generally, to KRG staffs in various areas, especially in the field of Hospital Management.
