On 10/07/2011 H.E. Dr. Ali Sindi, KRG Minister of Planning, received Mr. Sokol Condi, the new head of UNAMI’s Erbil office.
Dr. Sindi congratulated Mr. Condi for his appointment and wished him success. Dr. Sindi emphasized on the importance of cooperation between the two sides and extended the MoP’s willingness to offer any facilitation and support.
Mr. Condi stated that in light of the progress the Kurdistan Region is witnessing, UNAMI is planning to increase the level of its cooperation with the KRG.
