1. If you wish to make an appointment with the Minister of Planning, excellency Dr. Ali Sindi  or the Director General for DCC, Mr. Zagros Fattah and his staffs, please use Appointment Request  form to submit your request for an appointment. Through the Appointment Request  form, we also facilitate appointments with all KRG Ministers Governors given that the request is submitted by a donor country or an international organization. This service is not available to companies and firms.

2. International NGO is required by law to register in Kurdistan Region. For this purpose Ministry of Planning facilitates the online registeration service. If you would like to register an INGO and would also like to submit your application for registration either visit MOP-DCC or click INGO Registration to use this online serive on this Site.

3. The general directorate of development cooperation and coordination has the role of facilitating and arranging the training courses provided by the donor agencies as a part of human capacity building of KRG employees. The main agencies that have such activities are KOICA and JICA. For the purpose of obtaining the forms online as well as the guides how to fill the forms after your organization has nominated you, these forms are available online on this portal.
