His Excellency Dr. Rozh Nuri Shawes the deputy prime minister of Iraq and H.E the minister of Planning and Mr. Sami Alharaj the head of Iraq investment board held an important meeting with the head of Belgium house representatives Mr. Andre Flahaut and Mr. Jose barroso president of European commission. The discussion between both sides focused on Iraq and Kurdistan current affairs.

The aim of high level of Iraq and KRG delegation meeting with EU official was to discuss the bilateral relation between both sides and to increase cooperation between Iraq in general and Kurdistan region with EU countries in investment and trades.

H.E the Minister of Planning Dr. Ali Sindi and Hersh Moharam the head of Kurdistan investment board visited Belgium to participate in invest in Iraq conference, the mentioned conference is hosted by the Arab-Belgium; aim of this conference is to encourage European investors to invest in Iraq and Kurdistan region.
