On 24/10/2011 H.E. Dr. Ali Sindi, KRG Minister of Planning, received Mr. Takema Sakamoto, the new JICA Chief Representative to the Kurdistan Region.
Dr. Sindi congratulated the new Chief Representative and wished him success in his new position; adding that the MoP is prepared to offer any necessary facilitation to JICA as the Japanese contribution is greatly valued by the Kurdistan people and government.
