Wednesday – January 19th, 2011 – His Excellency Dr. Ali Sindi, KRG Minister of Planning visited the ministry’s agencies in Sulaimany such as the Directorate of Quality Control & Standardization and Directorate of Statistics. The purpose of this visit was to take a closer look at the status of these agencies, the way they manage their affairs, listen to employees’ comments and views, and identify their needs.
Further, Dr. Sindi paid a visit to Sulaimany Governorate and met with the governor. During the meeting, Sulaimany’s current situation and the status of projects in this governorate were discussed.
