About Directorate of Contractors Classification

 Directorate of Company Classification is part of the General Directorate of Administration and Finance in the Ministry of Planning. The directorate was established within the fifth KRG cabinet and derives its mandate from Regulation Number (1) of (2007) related to contractor classification and Regulation Number (4) related to classification of branches of foreign companies. Both regulations are issues by the KRG Council of Ministers.
