18.07.2011 the director-general of human development was met with Mr. Sameer Abu Shanab the senior vice president of Projacs International Institution for project, construction management, training, and development.

In this meeting, they were mentioned on some serious points. They were discussed on how could conduct (3 to 6 month) training courses of those topics which are now very necessary to the KRG ministries. The Institution has been shown fully cooperation.
