Thanks so much for this draft. It presents very interesting and useful information.
The introduction, however, need to be further developed and refined. It seems as if it has been translated directly from Kurdish, so it lack coherence and consistency.
The page numbers are missing from the document, which creates problem for the reader.
There are certain places were Million is confused with Billion. I will try to identify those places and inform you about them
