This is not possible for the first year students. During subsequent years, succesful students may submit their request for consideration.

The first round of the application process is dedicated for the graduates of year 2009-2010 according to the following criteria:
First of all, the first, second the third of the graduates for those colleges in which there is no department will be automatically sent in the first round.
For those colleges which have departments, the first students in the top ranking will be automatically sent for post-graduate work in the first round.
Other applicants may apply for the second round of the program because the program is continuous for four years.
